Wisconsin Energy Star Homes Reference Manual Wisconsin Energy Conservation Corporation File
Wisconsin has built upon the national Estar Homes program and created its own Wisconsin Estar Homes program. The program is stricter - it has specific building standards and guidelines, and the HERS raters have a greater involvement. It's a good model for other states or municipalities to consider.
