Access to the Clean Air Counts web site is provided subject to the following terms and conditions. Your use of this site will indicate your acceptance of these terms. We may periodically change the terms, so please check them from time to time as your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of any changed items.

Personal Information
We collect several different types of information on our site including personal information which is information that can be used to identify you individually, such as your name, address, telephone number, and company name when you join as a Clean Air Counts adopter and create a user profile. CAC employees have access to your personal information only for legitimate business purposes, such as calculating and quantifying emission reductions from strategies you implement. This information may be shared with the United States Environmental Protection Agency to validate emission reduction quantifications. Personal information is not sold, leased or otherwise transferred.

User Participation
Clean Air Counts does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users assessing the site and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials. Clean Air Counts may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review any areas on the site where users transmit or post communications or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to chat rooms, bulletin boards or other user forums and the content of any such communications. CAC however will have no liability related to the content of any such communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, trademarks, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.
